VIKRAMSHILA HEALTH AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION COUNCIL (V.H.T.E.C.) is an autonomous council. That aims to create scholars who are most distinguished among all. The main source of inspiration behind this huge project lies in the ancient VIKRAMSHILA UNVERSITY, which was a center of excellence established by the eminent Pala Emperor, DHARMAPALA in the 8th century CE.
